Rapid Re-Housing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rapid Re-Housing Manager to join our team at The Spring Of Tampa Bay Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing empowerment-based advocacy, safety planning, and supportive counseling to survivors of domestic violence and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Service Management: Provide supervision, support, and guidance to Housing Stability case managers, ensuring that service management and documentation meet FCADV, THHI, and FESG program standards.
- Program Development: Assist the Director in interviewing and selecting staff for the Rapid Re-Housing program, and collaborate on budgeting and reporting for the RRH Program.
- Advocacy and Support: Provide supportive counseling, service management, advocacy, and crisis intervention for all approved rapid re-housing participants, meeting with them on a regular basis for service management.
- Community Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and agencies providing housing resources, and work with participants to secure safe and stable housing.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and current records, and prepare and submit statistical information monthly, ensuring that documentation meets FCADV, THHI, and FESG program standards.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma required, plus 1 year of related experience, with 24-hour FCADV Core Competency training and additional 6-hours (30-hours total) to qualify for privilege status.
- Certifications and Licenses: FCADV Competency-Based Core training, valid Florida Driver's License with at least two years driving experience, active automobile insurance, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
- Specialized Skills: Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office/Windows preferred.
The work environment is that of an office, classroom, or personal home with a normally moderate to loud noise level. The position requires verbal communication on the telephone and on an individual basis, local travel, and documentation of case files and compiling reports.

- Knowledge of domestic violence and victim issues, including advocacy activities, statutes, and impact on children.
- Understands and maintains confidentiality of shelter activities and participants at all times.
- Reliable transportation required.
