Key Responsibilities:Resume Evaluation:- Analyze resumes and applications to pinpoint suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary phone evaluations to gauge candidate qualifications.
- Distribute interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
- Deliver prompt updates and feedback to candidates.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline and ensure accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Keep organized and current recruitment files.
- Assist the recruitment team with various administrative duties as required.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing necessary new hire documentation.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience in a recruitment capacity is advantageous.
