Customer Support Expert

At Miracom Hive, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to provide top-tier support to our customers. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and technical issues promptly, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions, and maintaining and updating customer support documentation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with support software and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma; degree in IT or related field is a plus
  • Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles preferred
