Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Allstate Insurance Agency - Kimberlee Bendeck Dykes, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Support customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about products and services
- Post-purchase reviews with clients
- Renewal calls and policy changes
- Assist with office tasks as needed
- Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities within the current book of business on a proactive basis

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally (in person and remotely)
- Bilingual in Spanish - good verbal and written skills are a requirement of the position
- Updates all client data and client notes on the computer CRM system daily
- Experience in the insurance field for two or more years is ideal
- P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Ideal, not required)
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
- Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm in Santa Ana.
