At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating a more sustainable world through innovative climate solutions. As a Technical Sales Training Program participant, you'll embark on a 5-month journey to develop your skills and expertise in the field of commercial HVAC sales.

What You'll Do:
  • Sell Trane Technologies' comprehensive line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
What You'll Get:
  • A competitive base salary of $73,000.
  • Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation assistance during the 5-month training.
  • Uncapped compensation opportunities as an Associate Account Manager, partially based on commission.
What We're Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all areas of emphasis).
  • A valid driver's license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • The ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment.
