About the Role

Gensco is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Services Team serving the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho Region. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and training for equipment sold by Gensco, offering guidance on installation, service, and repair to customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to customers and team members via phone, email, text, and field site visits.
  • Act as a liaison between the factory and Gensco customers and team members on technical matters related to equipment sold by Gensco.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers and team members have the necessary skills to install, service, and repair equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of related work experience and excellent technical knowledge of the HVAC industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on responding to requests with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent driving record and ability to travel as required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate personal computer, proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other software.
