We are in search of a highly experienced and strategic Account Director with a robust background in the automotive sector, particularly within Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a creative agency environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily strategy formulation in partnership with the Creative Director and Project Manager, translating client requirements into actionable plans and creative briefs.
  • Aggregate insights from campaign performance, media strategies, business goals, and creative trends to provide informed strategic recommendations.
  • Create compelling creative briefs and strategic frameworks that inspire digital solutions aligned with client objectives and consumer demands.
  • Evaluate extensive performance metrics and deliver pertinent insights along with actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a proactive and influential partner to clients, fostering business growth through intelligent and strategic insights.
  • Articulate a clear perspective on digital marketing strategies, effectively communicating this through various interactions with clients, internal teams, and partner agencies.
  • Encourage innovative thinking that motivates the creative team and educates clients.
  • Lead client presentations, strategic discussions, and cross-agency collaborations.
  • Manage both internal team members and external vendors, ensuring adequate resource allocation for accounts and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in digital advertising, with at least 2 years focused on automotive clients, ideally within Tier 2 and Tier 3.
  • Demonstrated success as an Account Director in a creative agency, managing campaigns and projects for notable brands.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns, including customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and platform strategies, with the ability to integrate paid media planning with creative direction.
  • Proficient in analyzing paid media reports, extracting actionable insights, and converting them into client-facing executive summaries and internal creative briefs.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience guiding clients through strategic narratives.
  • Experience in strategic planning for customer loyalty programs is advantageous.
  • Comfortable leading teams and executing tasks directly when necessary.
