Customer Service Manager Job Description

At Interior Logic Group, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Audit and improve existing workflows to maximize order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • On-board and train new customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with operations directors and branch management to coach and manage customer service representatives.
  • Participate in the integration of new businesses into our operating processes.
  • Regularly travel to branches to evaluate and improve customer service representative performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years related experience and/or training.
  • Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
