Job Title: Customer Service Manager

At SERVPRO of Southwest Portland, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer service team
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer complaints
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
