The Associate Customer Service Representative provides first-line communication and support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
