Client Relations Branch Head

Position Overview:
In the realm of financial services, success hinges on the ability to effectively represent oneself, the organization, and the offerings. As the head of a Fidelity branch team, you will leverage a collaborative environment focused on professional growth, ensuring you have the necessary tools to excel.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years in a financial sales capacity is essential.
- Experience in a managerial role within a financial services context for three or more years is advantageous.
- Possession of active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses is required.
Your Role's Objective:
The primary aim of our branch is to create business opportunities by fostering a robust sales and service team that embodies the company ethos and drives revenue while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You will enhance local business growth through educational initiatives, in-branch meetings, and client engagement.
