Role Overview:

Wells Fargo is on the lookout for a Forward Hire Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) within our National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This position is pivotal as it allows you to pave the way in a new initiative for our organization. As an Associate Branch Manager Forward Hire, you will ensure a consistent and positive experience for both customers and employees across various locations. During your tenure, you will enhance your leadership and management skills by supporting multiple branches within the district. As business needs evolve, you will transition into either an Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt to changing priorities and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team to implement business strategies and achieve growth.
  • Address operational challenges related to customer and employee experiences.
  • Identify and promote digital banking solutions to enhance customer convenience.
  • Engage with stakeholders and internal partners to foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Assist with transactions and model exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in banking, financial services, or related experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in banking or financial services.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in promoting digital banking solutions.
Job Expectations:
  • Flexibility to work across various branches as needed.
  • Willingness to work a schedule that may include weekends.
  • Compliance with SAFE registration requirements upon employment.
