CRM Executive

AirSculpt is seeking a visionary leader to drive its marketing and brand development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct-to-consumer marketing, CRM strategy, and brand management.
The key objectives of this role include:
- Developing and executing CRM Strategy to drive lead conversions
- Collaborating with CDO to develop and execute on the brand strategy for AirSculpt
- Leveraging customer testimonials and experiences to enhance brand advocacy
- Maintaining strong partnership with Sales to ensure exceptional lead-to-patient journey
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing
- Expertise in SalesForce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to drive business decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $165,000 - $210,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
