Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the individual in this role will be responsible for the organization and assessment of patient medical documentation. This includes ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and evaluate patient medical records to maintain high standards of accuracy.
2. Review documentation for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
3. Manage the filing and retrieval of medical records efficiently.
4. Follow instructions and pre-defined protocols to execute job functions effectively.
5. Work under direct supervision and report to a designated supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience is necessary, but familiarity with common practices and procedures in the healthcare field is beneficial.

Additional Information:
This position is eligible for a 401(k) plan.

Work Schedule:
PRN days, with a requirement to complete 4 shifts within a 6-week timeframe.
