This role is essential in ensuring that all necessary information and signatures are gathered for effective scheduling, registration, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screenings to ensure compliance with payer requirements regarding medical necessity and pre-certification.
  • Complete third-party eligibility and benefit verification to secure accurate payment.
  • Engage with patients and their representatives in a compassionate and customer-focused manner, addressing their needs and clarifying the hospital's revenue cycle expectations.
  • Assist in resolving personal liabilities through various payment options.

Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is required. De-escalation training is also necessary for this position.
