Travel Requirements: This role involves travel commitments of approximately 75-80%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PET manufacturing facilities as required, engaging in product manufacturing, quality assurance, and participating in radiation safety and cGMP programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in quality, regulatory compliance, customer service, organizational culture, and financial performance.
- Support training initiatives as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Capability to train and mentor others based on technical expertise.
- Experience at a Technician level II PET manufacturing site is required.
- Must be an authorized user.
- Media fill qualification is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel 75%-80% of the time.
- Must maintain all core competency skills and training qualifications.
- Flexibility to relocate may be necessary.
- Utilizes comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to execute diverse tasks and projects.
- May assist in the formulation of policies and procedures.
- Preferred experience in managing complex projects of significant scope.
- Independently completes Technician level II responsibilities, receiving general guidance on new initiatives.
- Work is reviewed to ensure objectives are met.
- May serve as a mentor to less experienced team members.
