Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Manager to join our team in the LA Region. As our Installation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success by overseeing the Installation team. You'll lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the install team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and delegate all HVAC installation activities, including hiring, conducting team meetings, and evaluating team performance.
  • Review scheduling and delegate effectively to best utilize manpower for the install teams.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with techs and team members to ensure they're set up for success.
  • Teach sales and new techniques to team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating with customers, office staff, sales department, and field help.
  • Properly document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on current technologies and new products in the field.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC install experience, management experience preferred.

  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Business Hours: Monday - Saturday. Workdays and Work Hours may vary.
Physical Demands
  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary/hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges from $110K-$160K (Compensation plus bonus). The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
