Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits changes, and COBRA administration.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
