Minimum Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus a minimum of 5-7 years in a supervisory role. SPHR or PHR certification is preferred. The successful candidate will possess supervisory expertise, computer proficiency, communication, and organizational skills.
