Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT intern to join our Human Resources team. As an IT intern, you will assist the HR IT team in refactoring and performing technology lifecycle maintenance on small ancillary business applications that support various associate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, develop code, and test changes.
  • Utilize programming tools effectively to ensure accuracy and enhance productivity.
  • Analyze data relating to processing problems and communicate effectively with other associates.
  • Participate in team meetings and develop solutions according to Western & Southern Financial Group application development standards and Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field of study.
  • Full stack development (.Net / C# and SQL experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
