About the Role:

This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. The successful candidate will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations, administer benefits programs, and conduct training and development programs.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
