Territory Management Representative

Disability Solutions seeks a Territory Management Representative to oversee the delivery of services to our clients within a designated territory. This key role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely completion of services and adherence to contract terms
- Conduct regular site visits to verify job status and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and experience working in a field-based environment are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $23.50 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
