Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Use current student data to drive instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and technology to enhance student learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student achievement and growth.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Tennessee Teacher License.
  • Must meet highly qualified status for the subject area(s) to be taught.
  • Must have a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
