Fulfillment Specialist

As a Fulfillment Coordinator at Mood Media, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of media devices. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer skills, including Linux and Android, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure daily productivity requirements are met.
- Use online databases to pull reports and conduct information searches to determine Music and Voice open order requirements.
- Communicate with other departments to develop, document, and enhance new processes.
- Collaborate with others to fulfill client deadlines, meet rush assignments, and accommodate last-minute requests.
- Configure players for fulfillment and verify payload.
- Moderate Linux code modification and product-based environment computer upfitting.
- Assist with database scrubbing and updating within Mood's proprietary data systems.
- Perform quality control checks verifying device fulfillment with database information.
- Process shipments using 3rd party shipping software.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to remain confidential on clients and contents of data loads to players.
