Position Overview:
ANSER is currently seeking a Lead Program Management Specialist to provide onsite support for warfighter engagement initiatives within the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering program management assistance for the formulation and implementation of integrated Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) mission integration knowledge, products, and initiatives across the Department and the Services, including assessments, mission engineering, joint concepts, demonstrations, exercises, experiments, training, and logistics in support of Combatant Command (COCOM) operations.
  • Facilitating the creation and execution of an engagement strategy for Services and COCOMs.
  • Coordinating policy or technical stances of Military Services, Defense Agencies, Joint Staff, COCOMs, and other U.S. Governmental Agencies regarding chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense matters.
  • Assisting in the development of future operational and capability concepts.
  • Providing oversight support for chemical and biological defense readiness and associated risks.
  • Contributing to the management of chemical and biological defense requirements generation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Over 10 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing complex programs.
  • Expertise in analyzing and synthesizing complex data and information to support operational concept development and warfighter engagements.
  • Proficient in communicating and coordinating with Military Services and COCOMs regarding requirements and engagements.
  • Familiarity with the MS365 Suite, including Teams and SharePoint.

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience within the DoD Chemical and Biological Defense Program.
  • Involvement in mission engineering initiatives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
