Job Summary

The Director of Sales and Marketing for Poco Diablo Resort and Spa is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. This role will oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and analyze sales and marketing data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales and marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools
