Payer Sales Business Development Leader

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our business development efforts, particularly within Medicaid and health plan markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in structuring deals, driving growth, and closing transformative partnerships that expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Execution: Lead sales efforts to secure partnerships with Medicaid programs, health plans, and other key stakeholders.
- Structure, Negotiate, and Close Complex Deals: Drive revenue growth by structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to sell into health plans and Medicaid programs with deep familiarity in the space.
- Deal Structuring & Closing: Proven track record of structuring and closing complex deals, achieving measurable revenue growth.
- Sales Leadership: Experience as a first sales hire or within a small, high-growth sales team.
- Network Utilization: Established network within Medicaid and health plans, with the ability to leverage relationships effectively.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments with minimal direction.
Compensation Package:
$160K - $220K salary range, competitive base pay, equity compensation, non-accrual PTO, medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, one medical membership, retirement 401(k), workstation setup, monthly book club lunches, and parental leave.
