Hospitality Sales Leadership Opportunity
Blue Water Business Consulting is seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, and building relationships with corporate clients, industry influencers, and neighbors. A 4-year college degree in sales, marketing, or business administration is required, and a master's degree is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals, manage sales teams, plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, develop and recommend pricing strategies, and maintain satisfactory profit/loss ratios and market shares. Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements, prepare periodic sales reports, and review and analyze sales performances to determine effectiveness.

Requirements
Fluency in English – both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus. Previous experience working in a hotel is required. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint are necessary. Experience with Opera is a plus but not required. Must be results-driven, customer-focused, and possess strong presentation skills.

What We Offer
