Enterprise Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Leader to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients.
About the Position:
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand Clearwater Analytics' presence in the enterprise market.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, tailored to meet the needs of enterprise clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with both client requirements and Clearwater's business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and tracking progress through the sales cycle using CRM tools.
