About the Role

The Senior Vice President, Media Director, Digital Transformation will oversee investment, activation, and portfolio management across all digital media channels for designated clients. This role requires consistent leadership, bringing new ideas, innovation, and opportunities to the client regularly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market investment strategies, recommendations, and points of view while providing effective leadership of negotiations and creating strong vendor relationships.
  • Act as the day-to-day investment lead for designated accounts, providing counsel on marketplace trends and investment expertise for clients and client teams.
  • Maintain, develop, and grow relationships with appropriate client-level contacts, injecting ideas, innovation, and leading industry developments into every assignment.
  • Drive the use of analytics to inform and validate investment strategies, tactical planning, and ongoing optimizations across all media.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns across the funnel, aligning with clients' strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Manage negotiation and implementation of added-value inventory, research partnerships, and custom sponsorship elements when applicable.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve campaign management issues, effectively partnering with strategy directors to communicate issues with clients.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within the programmatic space, with previous experience working hands-on-key within a major programmatic DSP.
  • Strong and proven ability to drive the use of analytics to inform and validate investment strategies, tactical planning, and ongoing optimizations across all media.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to create strong vendor relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign management issues.
