Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Director to join our People and Change Management Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex change management workstreams and initiatives, guiding clients through organizational transformations, and becoming a trusted advisor. You will contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our change management capabilities, support the growth of our practice, and utilize your change management knowledge to support sales pursuits and proposals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex change management workstreams and initiatives, applying expertise to guide clients through organizational transformations and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our change management capabilities and help position our practice as an innovative leader.
  • Support the growth of our change management practice by contributing to methodology development, knowledge sharing, and expanding our talent pipeline.
  • Utilize your change management knowledge to support sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations to new clients.
  • Lead integrated project teams to deliver change management components across transformations effectively.
  • Apply expertise to help clients develop strategies for change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives around methodologies, tools, and emerging change techniques.
  • Support recruiting and development of top change management consultants within our practice.
  • Contribute change expertise and insights to pursue new client opportunities and strengthen proposals.
  • Foster an empathetic, collaborative culture focused on inclusion and human-centred change.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion tenets into change management delivery.
  • Encourage adoption of the practice's methodologies, tools, and technologies across Genpact.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to build capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Relevant years consulting experience leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global companies.
  • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring competitors.
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (C-suite experience ideal).
  • Successful track record driving new business through articulating value propositions, proposal development, and sales pursuits.
  • Expertise across domains including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing.
  • Expertise in other consultancy competencies such as supply chain, Finance and Accounting, customer experience, cost reduction, digital transformation etc.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities with a track record of developing high performing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and operate effectively across cultural contexts.
