Paint Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a safe and organized paint department environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch sales service by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized assistance.
- Offer expert advice on paint features and benefits, as well as related products to enhance the customer's project.
- Greet, qualify, and close sales for customers in the paint department, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of adjacent departments and products, including paint types, finishes, and tools.
- Ensure the paint department is well-stocked, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with Store Management, sales departments, and front-end associates to meet customer needs.
- Operate various equipment and machinery to match and mix paint, requiring attention to detail and color recognition.
- Develop and deliver paint training, coaching, and development programs for store associates.
- Drive business-to-business (B2B) paint sales and attend regular store meetings.
