Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Production and Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our metal plating and finishing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspections, including in-process, final, visual, and physical testing
  • Review technical data for jobs received for compliance and capability
  • Assist in the oversight of the Quality Department
  • Provide weekly updates to management on various projects
  • Internal and external customer interface on quality issues
  • Learn and become proficient in production duties/operations
  • Ensure parts are processed in accordance with specifications on work orders
  • Monitor condition of equipment and recommend repairs or replacements, as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, or associate's degree within a similar field with 2+ years' experience
  • 2+ years' experience working within the Aerospace Industry
  • Project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously using Excel and/or MS Project Software
  • Manufacturing/Industrial experience required
  • Must be capable of reading and interpreting drawings and specifications related to Aerospace Coating and materials
