Sanitation Specialist

CW Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and brooms.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands

The Sanitation Specialist position requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. The incumbent must also be able to bend, stoop, and reach, often in awkward positions.
