Business Development Manager

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights and innovative strategies to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve at least 10% annual growth of new clients and business opportunities.
  • Pursue new industrial customers' opportunities utilizing a cross-functional business approach.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer deliverables are achieved.
  • Understand market dynamics and competition as it relates to our business model.
  • Identify and research potential clients and competition.
  • Pursue leads, timelines, and execution time to close.
  • Prepare growth reports while interpreting data and translating complex results into practical solutions and recommendations.
  • Generate and quantify warm leads to enhance and broaden business development growth goals.
  • Support RFQ/P process and submissions.
  • Seek out organizations and trade show opportunities for participation.
  • Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts as well as LEA leadership.
  • Provide drive and a willingness to work cross-functional to achieve a common goal.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy and can-do attitude.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box approach while advancing initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask well and work within a team environment.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite.
