Job Title: Account Executive, Digital Sales, Nursing Higher Education

HealthStream is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling HealthStream's Workforce Development solutions into the Higher Education school market, specifically focused on nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via multiple mediums (email, phone, trade show leads, and inbound website leads)
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals set based on goals set for new sales revenue
  • Undertake Personal and Professional Development Opportunities: Including developing and maintaining outstanding product knowledge, building deep expertise in healthcare trends, and continuing to enhance skills and abilities such as communication, presentation, negotiations, and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
  • Must have at least five years outside sales experience in higher education coupled with consistent sales performance in highly competitive environments
  • Experience with selling digital content into nursing schools
