Job Title: Director, Brokerage Digital Sales

Humana, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Brokerage Digital Sales to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business innovation and growth through the development and execution of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in operations/product owner development experience
  • 3+ years' experience in demonstrating ability to analyze, research, and implement solutions
  • Ability to travel (based upon business need)
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends (based upon business need)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, or other Master's+ relevant degrees
  • 3-5+ years' experience post MBA
  • Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably provider or payer space
