Compassionate Hospice Nurse Leader

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision plans, wellness program, paid time off, and 7 paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior
- Maintain primary control and professional management of each patient
- Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
Necessary Qualifications:
- RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
