Compassionate Skilled Nursing Position

**About Us**

Salary:** $77,000 to $87,000 annually
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform patient start of care comprehensive assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of plan of care
- Complete OASIS assessments timely and accurately
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with the plan of care and agency policies
- Help achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by communicating information with individual staff, physicians, family members, and community resources
Requirements:**
- Current RN license, specific to the state(s) assigned to work
- One year of clinical experience as an RN; or less than one year of experience with approval by VP of Clinical
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
