About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of skilled nursing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Assess and identify patients' holistic healthcare needs, including pain management and symptom control
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the State of Maine
- ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged
- Current CPR certification required
- One year of recent Hospice nursing experience preferred
- A reliable vehicle with insurance
