Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex generative AI services for gaming applications utilizing AWS or local hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate generative AI tools into development workflows.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in generative AI technology, continuously enhancing product features to achieve improvements in cost, scalability, quality, and functionality.
- Work with various game teams to share and implement generative AI technologies.
- Evaluate internal and external generative AI services for potential project applications.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting player experience and developer operations.
- Assess the costs associated with generative AI features, considering both financial and environmental impacts.
- Advocate for players and developers by maintaining high standards and striving for operational excellence.

A Day in the Life
In this collaborative role, your contributions will significantly influence the gaming experience. You will work closely with designers and artists to unlock generative AI capabilities, balancing structured meetings with focused implementation time.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building machine learning models for business applications.
- PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with deep learning methods and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing applications utilizing generative AI models.
- Background in game development, collaborating with designers and artists.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and model validation.
