Job Title: MAC Organizer I

SEIU Local 2015 is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Member Action Center (MAC) team as a MAC Organizer I. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional service to our union members, helping them navigate the complexities of long-term care and advocating for their rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to union members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist members with benefits, training programs, and other resources available through the Center for Caregiver Advancement.
  • Engage with members to understand their concerns and provide solutions, referrals, and resources.
  • Document calls and interactions using MAC computer systems.
  • Collaborate with union officers, management staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Armenian) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
