Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Technologies Technician at Raag Solutions, you will be responsible for building and deploying desktops, laptops, and tablets using the Microsoft Desktop Deployment Toolkit. This includes ensuring the BitLocker encryption key is successfully stored in Active Directory and that the Microsoft System Center Client is installed on each device during the build process. Additionally, you will need to ensure that each device stays connected to the NTS network for at least 2.5 hours after build completion and that all software listed on the build sheet is installed on each device. Furthermore, you will be responsible for properly documenting each device in AM Cloud, Active Directory, and the Drakewell spreadsheet for labels in accordance with the PC Support Drakewell-IAM procedure manual.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Deployment Toolkit
- Experience with BitLocker encryption and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Client
- Ability to work with hardware and software deployment
- Strong documentation skills
