Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct system testing for both front-end and back-end applications
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Identify and report defects to development teams
- Develop user support documentation and training materials

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in system testing
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server
- Ability to work independently in an Agile environment
