Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Specialist to join our team at Haemonetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers to identify clinical needs and goals of existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide excellent case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments in the industry.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and provide creative solutions using company products.
  • Transfer account knowledge and other requested information to local Territory Managers on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical orientation.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business communication and grammar.
  • Attention to detail to maintain records and process reports.
  • A thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory's customer base.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical training (RN, cath lab technician, etc.) preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience, medical industry preferred.
  • Strong clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery strongly preferred.

Work Environment:

Travel may be required. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long hours wearing heavy Cath Lab protective clothing and work in a hospital, Cath Lab, or physician office setting.
