Job Title: HR Advisory Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR advisory strategies that align with business objectives and support employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR advisors and investigators to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and employee representatives.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and create recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
  • Ability to lead and influence a team to deliver strong results and develop employees and managers through day-to-day interactions.
  • 4+ years of managerial experience in HR or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • JD, advanced degree, or specialized training in labor/employee relations.
  • 10+ years of employee relations, investigations, HR, or business-related experience.
