Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President of Payment Solutions and Emerging Markets to join our team. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, developing effective methods and strategies, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Build, manage, support, and monitor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage to financial goals and key metrics, preparing and controlling operational budgets, and planning effective strategies for financial well-being.
  • Best Practices: Drive change initiatives to improve efficiencies and execute on business commitments, improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Strategic Input: Liaise with top management, assisting in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and growth.
  • Communication: Provide vision, goal clarity, and transparency to employees, customers, and partners through effective communications.
  • Product Development: Inspire and drive product roadmap development, listening to market and customer needs, and ensuring quality of products.
  • Sales and Marketing: Partner with the SVP of Sales to develop and manage a high-performance sales team, drive commercial growth, and provide strategic insight for business expansion.
  • Services and Support: Work with General Managers to optimize implementation, school, and parent support delivery strategies, providing high-quality service to customers while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Human Resources: Drive culture, engagement, and collaboration in key office locations, organizing recruitment, establishing organizational structures, and delegating tasks and accountability.
  • Key Customers and Partners: Sponsor strategic accounts, working with industry influences and partners to position products in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • Experience in the K-12 industry is a plus.
  • Passionate, capable leader with a proven track record of developing and motivating people and building a world-class team.
  • Deep understanding of transactional sales processes and teams.
  • High energy, driven, mentor with the ability to establish instant credibility and rapport.
  • Action-oriented leader with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • Open, engaging leader who inspires others, listens well, and has a high EQ.
  • Proven history of successfully driving sales, creating a repeatable process with measurable results.
  • Ability to implement best practices and processes that scale.
  • Track record of consistently improving a company's win rate.
  • Experience managing growth both organically and through acquisition.
  • Outstanding communication skills, effective communicator with the ability to articulate a clear vision and value proposition.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate sales performance to the Executive team.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to 'make things happen,' with a demonstrated track record of fast decision-making, detail orientation, results orientation, and high energy.
  • 30-40% travel.
