We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Automation COE organization, responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain applications to meet end-user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power BI, with a minimum of five years of experience in developing and implementing automation solutions. The Associate Director will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other required items to display data and information for the business, as well as partnering with and mentoring Automation COE teams. Responsibilities:
1. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design, develop, and maintain applications to meet end-user needs.
2. Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools as necessary to meet business requirements.
3. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other required items to display data and information for the business.
4. Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools, guiding other developers in best practices for secure Power Platform development.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere.
2. Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse.
3. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
4. Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD.
5. Solid understanding and experience with different development methodologies, familiarity with cyber security frameworks, and secure code development.
