As a Director of Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing the reputation of our firm, driving forward the priorities of our Consulting business, and building trusted relationships with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of internal change and employee engagement communications
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy focused on reputation management and stakeholder engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with Advisory and Consulting leadership, providing counsel on communications strategies and opportunities
  • Oversee reputation-building campaigns, incorporating media relations, content strategy, thought leadership, and executive visibility
  • Manage and coach direct reports, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive integrated communications efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, with a strong track record of working with senior business leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in setting and executing integrated communications strategies
  • Exceptional writing and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of leading, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams
