About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Personal Stylist Assistant to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a key member of our client experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Personal Stylists in creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Assist Personal Stylists with client communication, including scheduling appointments, responding to client inquiries, and providing personalized service.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales transactions, including ringing up purchases, processing returns, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Management: Process merchandise for Fashionphile Service, ensure accurate inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Client Follow-up: Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Assist with appointment scheduling, client data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Digital Selling and Social Media: Assist with digital selling initiatives, including social media management and online content creation.
  • Client Events: Assist with organizing client events, including gifting initiatives and experiences for top clients.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Sharepoint.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends and styles.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
